Shipping policy

Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the following working day.

Delivery
We send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched the next working day after each renewal payment.

Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at support@quwwanutrition.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Our 30-day promise
If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned for a full refund.

Your legal right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. For health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once the product's seal has been broken. Our 30-day promise gives you longer than this for unopened products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whether the product has been opened or not, and we will cover any return costs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Each subscription delivery is covered by this policy in the same way as a one-off order.
